Stage 1 includes a detailed Landscape Concept Plan @ 1:100 providing a layout of the design with detailed labelling as required for construction, identify best drainage requirements, suggested product palette, Sections/Elevations @ 1:50 further explaining the design, and a Planting Plan detailing the species and quantities of the plants chosen, as well as the location they are to be planted.
Stage 2 includes rendered images of the finished landscape and 360-degree panoramas of the finished design. A 3D flythrough video will be produced walking you through the entire project bringing the landscape to life, showing the garden in full maturity.
Professional fees: for Director, Shannon Decker to attend all on site meetings with clients and contractors and further engage off site to collaborate on design elements in order to provide the client with a progressive forecast of construction budgets and project functionality including and not limited to sourcing of materials, providing samples and hand over the final master landscape plan with an itemized quotation on the completed design.
A lighting plan detailing the lighting arrangement of the design. These plans will be designed so that they can easily be submitted to council if required.
Now & Zen Landscapes will require a site survey by a qualified surveyor in a DWG file to use as a base plan to base our design works from. We have requested a quote on your behalf from Sureline Geomatics.
The following assumptions have been made to arrive the above fees:
– Current and accurate survey information will be provided by the property owner.
– Suitable architectural plans will be provided by the property owner.
If variations to the brief occur, or changes are requested after sign-off, or additional services are required, changes will be charged at the following hourly rates:
Principle Landscape Designer – $150.00 P/h approx. 2hrs required for each change dependent on the significance of change
